He's the only player I've ever seen that truly reminds me of Eddie Van Halen. Everything he does is flawless, looks effortless, doesn't overplay during solos, and their rhythm playing is as good as Malcolm Young, Keith Richards, or James Hetfield. All those 80's shredders that tried ripping off Eddie were mostly shit at rhythm and songwriting and were just good at playing solos that now just seem lame and dated.

Grade A War Criminal Dingus I saw them on their current tour. They were amazing. Do it, you won’t regret it.

This is insanely good! They all sounded perfect! Scott absolutely KILLED the vocals!! Seriously spot on like how it's recorded on the albums! Ugh, y'all are so talented I can't say it enough!

I can’t get enough of this show. Only been able to see mastodon once live in Vegas and am newer to neurosis. But this has got to be one of the purest fits of collaboration. It just works

Mastodon x Scott Kelly is magical. I’m hoping some day they do a full album together because their collabs are special.

This is how you gig. I love mastodon. Auters in the field and still pushing the genre .

Man this is some of the best live Brent vocals I've heard on UA-cam, I hope their next album kinda goes full circle and they bring some of more of the harsh sound back

Love troy Sanders, what a voice

Yeah, he's an ego driven prick, though so fu*k him!!!!
He was cool on the relapse records contamination tour in 2003 when they first started and had no fans but after remission got big he got to be more like his true self, self absorbed and shitty to fans, then leviathan, then blood mountain and into crack the skye, dude just turned into a prick vs the rest of the band!
The only unledgibal signature on the poster done on the bus when my boy was the tour bus driver is Troy, "I'm too good for this" Sanders. You can read Brann, Bill, and Brent's signatures, but Troy can give two fucks less because he is a superstar!
His brother Darren was way cooler than him, and he was just the tour manager.
The only way Troy is cool with fans being around him is you bring him free coke!
