I have that little lump thing too from my surgery. I know exactly what you’re talking about lol. I still have it over a year later, but it’s smaller and not sore anymore. I try not to lift anything too heavy still because that’s when I feel soreness there. I think it’s just scar tissue.
I’m glad to hear someone else that experienced this! That’s what they said it could be or a fluid pocket. I filmed that video last week when I shared about it and now I’ll say it’s not causing me any discomfort or anything now. It actually feels like it’s went down in size too’ I also have made sure I’m not doing too much too because that’s when I I do feel discomfort and soreness

Yes, the internal healing is a process! I kinda over panicked lol and I knew I hadn’t done anything to cause a hernia I just was worried lol! I’m feeling pretty good this week ❤️

I had gullbladder surgery and a couple weeks later in my belly button incision, it got swollen and like a ball was forming. I had to be seen and it was infected and was like a cist inside. After antibiotics, it healed up and I had to not wear tight anything for awhile.
How did they find out it was a cyst? I have my follow up appointment Monday!
When my kids aren’t home I always go out and grab something lol

Did you try putting plastic wrap over the dirt? or maybe cut a piece of a box and make it a lid for the pot? I had a cat that used to do the same thing except she would dig the dirt out and go poo in the plant lol. I cut a hole and a line through an old Amazon box and put it on top of the plant base. Worked like a charm. Good to see you feeling better!!

Amber try not to lift anything heavy because that could cause for the knot as well, I see you on here girl lifting cases of water and that a no no😂, have the boys to do that for you, you are looking good tho sis❤
I definitely haven’t lifted anything. I can’t lift over 10 pounds and I made sure I haven’t. 😊 Lakin has helped a lot and used his strength to the the best of his ability lol
@@BossMomHustle Ok that's great, the doctors told me the same thing, not to lift anything over 10 pounds😂ok take care of yourself and it takes the full 6 weeks to heal, do a little at a time 🤎
