Downsview Park in Toronto was land that used to be owned by my Fathers family the Boake's. How fantastic to hear that this land is being used in such amazing ways!
As someone who is already planning to do the "hose it down and move on " method of washing , this was very refreshing to hear. Too much equipment unless your whole business is salad mixes. Even then, all that plastic packaging is insane.
