Thor is the current worlds record holder, no doubt about that, but Eddie give people more to remember. Even Thor himself admitted that a 35kilo jump was such an impossible task.
@TULL FORIX no it does not. Don’t belittle Eddie lift to make Thor look great. Both amazing lifts and Eddie back story behind the lift was legendary

I don't see anyone beating Thor's record any time soon.
Makarov was closer than ever, a fit Asko Karu most likely could have done it and Pavlo if he wasn't sick and lost 15kg bodyweight before the contest had really good chances too. The record won't last that long imo

What about Tobias Anthoefer and Martin Tye? Both of them lift lot more than 500kg. Do you ignore them because they are disabled? 🤔

Haftor has higher pb in both equipped and elephant bar, and is just as good , if not better at reps at his peak ...
