The 34 1/4 x 22 1/4 would fit if you trim both edges on each side of the mat off. However, if you don't want to trim the mat, the next closest size would be the 31 1/4 c 22 1/4.
Both my bathroom vanity cabinets are only 18" deep. I know I can cut to fit but I will lose the 4th "wall" to contain water. Any chance you will be creating dimension w/18" X22 1/4 ?
Lynn, we only manufacture mats that fit standard vanity and kitchen depth cabinets. Sorry at this point in time we don't have plans to create a mold for 18" depth cabinets, this could change in near future.
How will common water proof silicone sealant work on this mat (considering the cutting around pipes)? The mat has to allow a great seal/adhesion of the sealant product without any separation or it's not really waterproof.

It seems that his product cannot be used underneath any cabinet where the plumbing goes through the bottom of the cabinet either. That doesn't make it very useful.
Yours looks like the better option, but the cost to ship to Canada is crazy...essentially $60 USD mat that costs $50 USD to ship via USPS (Note: UPS isn't really an option given the even crazier brokerage fees).
We offer free shipping to US so when it goes to Canada youre not charged the entire advertised rate---we prorate it based on what we would have covered in US shipping and estimate the duties and taxes--but yes it is quite costly to get to Canada but customers purchase it all the time for their Canadian homes.

it would be nice if it was trimmable for supply lines that come from floor area rather than wall.

So the xtreme mat cannot be installed in a cabinet with center divider, especially if there is a garbage disposal in the way.
