I hate how they didn't show how it folds down. Figured it out by the given directions upon delivery. You have to grab both black triggers that are located on both sides on top of the handle bars, then push down on those triggers, and push the handle bar down for it to fold in half. Once you hear the click it has locked in place. There's a bar on the side that has a latch to lock it in place. It will fold down, instead of folding up and over like traditional strollers. Very complicated at first lol. When you want to unfold it, you grab that side latch and push out to unlock it. Hope this makes sense.
