Noticed points from a game dev: 3:25 The game simply places the player at a set distance from the other player, coming from the direction where the fallen player was. It clearly doesn't bother checking for ground. 14:55 The cannon is placed so badly that the cannonball is colliding with the rock directly in front of it, then bouncing right over the path. 15:16 The game smoothly pushes characters out of each other when they're colliding, when you activated the chest, the animation instantly placed you in front of the chest but this also caused you to be inside the other player, so once the chest animation completed the game smoothly pushed you out of the player, then out of the chest and off the platform. You can see this happening immediately after, as you pushed Jack Black off the ledge by simply walking towards him.

Both Jumanji games felt like the developers just wanted to make a game based on this movie but had absolutely no idea what kind of game to actually make it
That''s the best way to describe Outright Games. Mechanically fine games but extremely barebones and low effort. There's at least SOME care put into them to ensure they're functional. They're also ludicrously expensive for what they are, but a lot of them go on Game Pass/PS+ Extra so that's probably where a lot of their revenue comes from. I dunno how many of them I've done on Game Pass/PS+ already for the easy G/Platinum Trophies. The most in depth/feature complete games were probably the Ben 10 and Ice Age ones. That Bluey game coming out is probably the most anticipated I've seen any of their releases, although it''s probably gonna be exactly the same as the Peppa Pig game.
DC Justice League: Cosmic Chaos is their best most content rich one. Ben 10 (first) was okay but short. Ben 10 Power Trip would be really good but both PS versions are really poorly done, PC version is fine though other than achievement glitches but it's at least playabe without menu load times, frame dips into the single digits and other issues in the PS4/5 versions. (somehow it was worse on PS5) The Adventure Time game they did was also decent. As well as the first Dragons (haven't played the newer one). THat was a neat little Zelda style adventure with some pointless, yet fun, flying in the hub to different levels. And while janky I liked the Hotel Transyvania they did that was like Pikmin, irrc based on the third movie. And the Scary Tales one is an okay platformer. The only really truly bad ones are the Paw Patrol ones. World is the only one that isn't mind numbingly awful. Sadly includes the kart racer... Oh and that Gigantos or whatever dinosaur game was okay if you switch the camera. The Paw Patrol ones feel like they genuinely don't care at all to make a game. There's no sound effects. No level design it's just run right and jump, no failure states, terrible endless runner gameplay with pop in... just the most boring shit ever made. Which is a shame because you can make appealing platformers for children. Kirby's Epic Yarn is easy and doesn't let you fail the level outright (heh), it just takes away the little gem things and you lose points for the end of the level. Something kids wouldn't care about much. But it's genuinely fun with creative mechanics. And while Paw Patrol World isn't necessarily a good game it at least feels like the devs who made that one put in actual effort with what they were given. Granted I haven't played all of them.
I remember when I went to target to buy the octo expansion for splatoon my little sister made me buy her jumanji on her switch and that was punishment enough
Tony Soprano, the infamous New Jersey mob boss, found himself in an unusual predicament. While he was accustomed to navigating the treacherous world of organized crime, he was now facing a different kind of adventure - playing the PlayStation 5 Jumanji game. One evening, after a particularly grueling day of mob-related business, Tony decided to unwind with a bit of gaming. His spacious living room, adorned with expensive furniture and low lighting, became the setting for his digital journey. As Tony inserted the Jumanji game disc into the console, he couldn't help but wonder how this would compare to the challenges he faced in the real world. The screen flickered to life, and the lush jungle environment of the game greeted him.In the game, Tony found himself transformed into a tough and resourceful explorer, dressed in a khaki shirt and cargo pants. His character wielded a machete, and the virtual world was teeming with dangers and surprises. Tony had to navigate through dense forests, swing on vines, and outwit menacing creatures.Unlike his usual dealings with mobsters, this adventure required a different kind of strategy. Tony had to rely on his instincts, adapt to rapidly changing scenarios, and work with the virtual companions he met along the way - an archaeologist, a cartographer, and a pilot. The challenges in the game were intense, filled with heart-pounding moments as they confronted a sinister Jaguar King and explored ancient temples. Tony had to decipher cryptic messages, uncover hidden treasures, and use his wits to survive. As he delved deeper into the game, Tony realized that it was more than just entertainment. It was a test of his decision-making and problem-solving skills. The line between the real world and the digital jungle seemed to blur, and he was completely engrossed. As the digital sun set on the jungle, Tony and his virtual team found themselves standing before a massive stone gate, their final obstacle. With determination and teamwork, they unlocked the gate and discovered the legendary treasure of Jumanji.Suddenly, the room around Tony shook, and he felt disoriented. He had become so immersed in the game that he forgot where he was. The boundaries between reality and the digital world had blurred, and he was momentarily lost. With a jolt, Tony was back in his living room, the game console shutting down. He sat there, still holding the digital treasure, his heart pounding. The adventure had felt so real that it took him a moment to reorient himself to his familiar surroundings.Tony couldn't help but appreciate the unique experience he had just encountered. It was a thrilling journey into the unknown, different from anything he had ever faced in the criminal underworld. As he set aside the controller, he pondered the strange parallels between the challenges of the game and the complexities of his life as a mob boss. While Tony Soprano's virtual adventure might not have been a substitute for the real-world power struggles and dangers he faced, it had offered him a brief escape and a new perspective on the challenges of his dual life. He couldn't wait to share his gaming experience with his associates, although he doubted they would fully understand the profound impact it had on him.
It's weird how Dwoyne insisted that waxwork of him that wasn't quite right had to be fixed, but he gives this game's representation of his face a free pass. Sadly, a lot more people are going to see him in this game than see some waxwork in a museum in Paris (France, not Texas).
