Someone sent me to this on a video called 5 4 3 2 1 from an Ironman movie and they put the link to this video in it and said this flip was in there somewhere I'm glad they sent me here
well the hardest part would be looking for the scenes you use, if you have a general idea and watched the movies a few times and now what scenes you could use then the rest shown here is rather simple. The transitions are effectless but the motion of some scenes work with the motions in the next wich gives it a nice flow. The effects that were used in here (mostly color saturation and some added contrast? cant say for sure) are rather simple but they add a nice "OOMPH" to them. Rest is just adding the cuts from scene to scene to the beat... i dont think you need weeks for this, if you got the scenes that you want to use already sorted then i'd say 1-2 days depending on how fast you are how familiar you are with the program.
