I made the decision to shoot finals in 30fps because during prelims the camera overheated several times (60fps for long periods of time can be very taxing on the camera). I wasn't going to risk overheating during finals, especially while the camera was plugged into the already very finicky jumbotron screen.
Joe Black In 60fps, the tricks can be followed by the eye better. Everything looks more fluid, and slower. 60fps shows every detail in what is actually going on. An example of this, is if you look at CLYW's newer video's, the frame-rate is at 60. Other video's such as C3yoyodesign's video's have standard 30fps. I personally like 60fps, because I can track the tricks better. Hope this helps:)
Joe Black On UA-cam, you can tell by looking at the quality settings. Notice how on the prelim videos, the highest quality is "720p60" which means it is 60fps. If you watch the prelim videos you might notice that the yo-yoing appears a lot smoother.
I'd like to see Ky and Janos battle it out. They are sick with the slack and rejection tricks....damn!
KY!? NO! You broke 1A! everyone will have to quit now!
Songs?
