Great information! I am having one of our managers work with me to get "smaller " size flanges in our pump kits... A big problem in our area is "pediatrician ordered " supplements....we see that...for example...a 7% weight loss ☹️ I find a lot of parents in the hospital....don't seem to take in the information...I find an appointment with a LC after discharge is a great check in. Sometimes things are "normal "....but doesn't seem like it to the Mom/family. Thanks for your videos!
Agreed a check in after discharge can be so helpful! After parents have had some time to settle into life at home and have had time to think of questions. The hospital stay can be so chaotic and overwhelming, not the ideal place to teach
