Can you tell me a tip of how to conquer Superman for the first time but being to scared of the first drop?

When I was younger and going on bigger rides, the only thing I did was just go on it , no matter how scared I was! To conqueror, you must just do it, of course at your own pace! There is no other tip I could give is to just get in line and ride it!
