OTG has heating coil at top and bottom. This helps in cooking pizza base and cakes evenly. Convection oven has only 1 coil at the top which leads to increased baking time in cake or the top gets burned but the bottom part uncooked or takes longer to cook. So go for otg for baking.

dear neelam ji, Ye bahut bada misconception hai ki microwaved food se cancer hota hai. there r no medical evidence that such health hazard is caused by microwaves.

Madam maine ek baar hi cake banaya OTG per , per cake aacha nahi bana , kyoki use karne nahi aaya proper . Baki mai har baar gas per hi banati hu cake .
To please aap bata do ki cake ke liye kitne der preheat karna hai , timer , or rod upper wali in rakhni hai ki dono . Please answer my question

dear cake banane ke liye 160'c par both rods on & fan on mode par 5-10 min oven preheat karein fir same mode & temperature par kareeb 30-35 min cake bake karein. small cakes kam time lete hain.
