With Vbb none of them will be on because bases of Q1 and Q2 are in reverse bias

You do not mention the conflict when T1 and T2 are applied at exact same time what creates the need of D type flip flop

It can store 1 bit pnly as long as Vcc is applied that means the device should stay at sleeping (stand by) mode.

Carbon microfphones are terible. They obsorbe humidity and get heavier. Use better a capacitor microphone you wil sound better.
