Im running a venom diablo dead shot build.. it uses master black mask sniper rifle/ Tier 3 bane assault rifle.. master version of notorious melee wristguns.. master tier 3 bane shield with venom grenade.. i went with traversal turtle mod.. hugo strange for neckbomb & jinx coin. I made sure to roll all gear pieces with three augment slots to boost synergy. Currently invasion difficulty 5 finite score 91 with mastery 37.
Have a feeling based on your opinion I probably have the most ineffective builds ever, but as to you suggesting top builds on the leaderboard don't use suicide strike I find interesting. But granted they've got where they are by being good, but the thing imho, is not everyone of the top builds is going to work for everyone, you gotta find what works well for you. Right now after playing well over 120 hours in the game and only started to really scratch end game now, as I've been farming Nth metal and eliting 5 of the 8 gear slots on all 3 chars and then re reolling each of the attributes to go with what works for me. Now how successful my build will be is a different matter it may be a case I may have to have a lot more squad levels than most to get anywhere, but what I run is and elited, is A well placed toss (Penguin 1 piece) with Deep Freeze, The Turtle's Shell for shield for everyone, Newtonian Mechanbics (Hack 1 of 2 piece) - traversal mod), Modern Application (Hack 2 of 2 - neck bomb and Thigmotropism (Ivy 1 of 2) - charm. Only thing I'm considering is whether I swap Hack traversal out for Penguin traversal, bith nerf suicide strike, but one make every enemy harvestable and pemguins freezes everyone. As to my attributes running things like affliction resource, suicide strike resource etc, build ups. And of course deep freeze affliction across the board. Weapons melee and ranged I haven't fully decided on. Right now I run more Boomer than anyone with Bizarro shotty and black mask sniper if i can't rely on Dead Shot to take certain enemies out. But yes it's a deep freeze squad. Only other consideration I'm considering is a live wire squad. For me, I think Craze is too much cheese and too easy street, and I want a challenge, and even if Diablo Blaze or Venom Frenzy/Craze are the metas. Well I always have found meta boring. Is meta effective yes, but the way I see if in one season, 2, 3 or 4. Diablo Blaze and or Venom Frenzy could easily fall from top tier to bottom. It's the way seasons work, whether they do that in SS:KTJL no idea. But yeah maybe keeping a lot of enemies regularly frozen and one tapping them is cheese, but I kinda feel Blaze or Venom are more cheese but that's just imho.
Why my matchmakind doesn't work ? I mean, nobody joins me when I go public and also, there is no specific matchmaking for incursions, mission so on. Am I doing something wrong ?
@TripleG Great info on gear and weapons!! There is one switch I'd recommend and that's the Master version of the Turtle Shell for the shield mod instead of heat wave skin, because it gives you invincibility for 2 seconds per kill and it stacks up to 15 seconds

That’s funny, my buddy and I had our lobby on friends only and we had a huge problem with people joining when we didn’t want them. We’d have to boot several ppl each night while we played through the story. Felt bad, but we wanted to do it by ourselves. It was obviously bugged.
@@brdptrs Dude I think I may give up on the fire builds I just cannot get this haha. I've done genuinely 30+ incursions in a row and I've gotten every single other mods 5 times over it's crazy 🥲

Cannot get the stacked deck to drop anywhere. Currently on difficulty +5 in metropolis and on mastery rank 45 on incursions. Not had a single drop 😢

The traversal for Deadshot that gives 100% crit chance is pretty dang good. I accidentally scrapped mine and now I'm back to the grind for another one
I thought if you scrapped something, you would unlock the crafting recipe at Penguin? But yea that mod is great

Do the matchmaking from the main menu before you enter the world. You can just wait from there and it'll put you into someone else's world.

I think its decent but not a TOP item, with my build a rarely shield harvest
