I actually tried calling the number for the unicorn sculpture and, not shocking, it didn't work. BUT it rang. How in the world did they sell that for $22 than destroy what wasn't sold? The 80's were an insane decade!
I love the commercials they were very typical of the era that this show was originally made in especially with all the Elvis commercials he died in 78 and and and every other commercial was about about how wonderful it was and and music and so forth I remember mother saying nobody even thought about the son of a b**** and once he died every over the commercial was praising him and offering Elvis music and Elvis statues and Elvis s*** like that😂
Robin Duke. She's one of only three SCTV cast members who were also cast members on Saturday Night Live. The other two are Tony Rosato and Martin Short (with Martin Short being the most memorable).
When it goes into an advertisment from the 80's who else here is waiting for it to turn into a skit?
Bruno Gerussi was the closest thing Canada had to a t.v.action star back in the day. He played a beachcomber.
Dang.... It was Elvis... Fo realz! I got fooled.
I thought for SURE the "genuine Diamelles" bit was a sketch! But no! 😂
Count Floyd couldve been a franchise.
Greatest howling vampire ever.
Count Flyod was awesome ❤😅 Loved him
Great time in history for this kind of entertainment. I also especially appreciate the commercials from the era! 15:49 who can resist 30 Diamondelles?
It's hard to tell which commercials are real and which are parodies.
Joe didn't get the follow ups and credits he deserved. His Count Floyd is classic. Svengoolie has got to be a fan of ole count Floyd.
RIP Tony Rosato. His comedy was underrated.
The only time Tony Rosato made me laugh is when he dropped dead......
So Not Funny Rest In Peace,Tony.
4:20 🤣😂🤣

Thanks for uploading a couple more of these great series. Keep it up Michael.

Because $22.00 in the early 80's was a LOT of money back then. My folks could buy a weeks worth of groceries for four for about $45.00.
Two words. Santo Gold. Sea monkeys couldn't have invented this stuff.
Classic! Thanks!
R.I.P. Joe Flaherty
Loved SCTV back in the day. Worst part was having to put up with SNL for an hour and a half for it to air.

Robin Duke is SNL
I'm guessing John candy had left to do movies
Yes, but he came back the next season.
