Senior care homes are full of people with weeks and days to live, how generous of the government to allow their loved ones to hug them,hold thier hand ,say some things that ease their pain before they are gone.The isolation they have faced for no reason .When health care workers can be in physical contact with your grandparents ,brothers and sisters but for 2 years you could not?

Take polyphenols (such as elderberry and echinacea) Vitamin C, D3, zinc, L-lysine and L-cysteine… I used to take elderberry and echinacea as tinctures but now I take a gummy form called “ IE elderberry gummies” that seems to be as effective… I would take these 2x a day when exposed to flu/colds as a preschool teacher and rarely got sick… I also took these a bit over a year ago while living with my daughter who had C19 for 3 weeks .. I had a few mild symptoms for 3 days and then I was fine….she now believes in “mom’s remedies” :)

I live in southern Oklahoma. If you don’t watch or read about it you’ll forget about it. Went to Walmart today and literally saw about three people with mask and that’s fine it’s their choice but that’s it. A CHOICE. Been this way for a long while now.

Senior care homes are full of people with weeks and days to live, how generous of the government to allow their loved ones to hug them,hold thier hand ,say some things that ease their pain before they are gone.The isolation they have faced for no reason .When health care workers can be in physical contact with your grandparents ,brothers and sisters but for 2 years you could not?

We’re still yet to hear any advice to Canadians of what we can do to treat symptoms at home if we did get it. Maybe helpful things that could keep the hospitals empty?
They have pills out to treat symptoms where have u been ?
Take polyphenols (such as elderberry and echinacea) Vitamin C, D3, zinc, L-lysine and L-cysteine… I used to take elderberry and echinacea as tinctures but now I take a gummy form called “ IE elderberry gummies” that seems to be as effective… I would take these 2x a day when exposed to flu/colds as a preschool teacher and rarely got sick… I also took these a bit over a year ago while living with my daughter who had C19 for 3 weeks .. I had a few mild symptoms for 3 days and then I was fine….she now believes in “mom’s remedies” :)
Treat it as you would any other mild illness. Plenty of fluids, and lots of rest.
Clear your mind from all the bs and you'll be just fine.
