I wonder why didn't you fry gond before adding it to the mixture.... You didn't even cook dry fruits and gond after adding them!!! Frying dry fruits increases shelf life and also enhances taste.

Is it not required to fry the edible gum in ghee and then grind? I read somewhere that if it does not puff up or not fried, It may cause stomach problems. Please suggest

Bcuz when he put gond in the frying flour......the ghee consistency was more so it crackle and got fried 😊😊😊
