To season up our white belts, we run in house competition events. Here is a quintet style team battle we did.
We have team Ron and team Greg with three white belts on each team and a blue belt anchor. In survival grappling games, the team with survivor(s) at the end succeeds. First in order go against each other, if there is a submission, they go against the next, if no one submits both are eliminated.
These events are great for team building and for gaining competition experience. When the white belts get better, everyone gets better.
