About the Game

@@rose_470 The essence of Gae Bulg is that it warps reality and casuality to always pierce the heart of its target. It's not supposed to explode.
@@Comet_373 The spear that Cu is using is the Gae Bulg, given to him by Scathach after learning under her. After giving the Gae Bulg to Cu, Scathach now uses the Gae Bulg Alternative. A sort of prototype to the Gae Bulg. Gae Bulg Alternative isn't really considered a Noble Phantasm. That's why Scathach uses the 'Gate Of Skye', instead of Gae Bulg Alternative.

Ok but Extra!Cu's Gae Bolg is *the best* representation I've seen of the OG myth's whole "Once you're stabbed, you're turned into a thornbush with skin" thing.
TBF it's never really been used successfully... like ever.

The only times I can recall it being used successfully is in the Extra-verse

@@NickN56gungnir always hits, Gar Bolg always pierces the heart. Its a more lethal one but is weaker in general since Gungnir has the reality warping in all its attacks instead of when invoked as an NP
This is the closest we'll get to an international fgo arcade release...
They released Dragon Ball Heroes and FF Dissidia NT In the west as regular, PC/Console games. So i'd say there is a pretty big chance of F/GO getting the same treatment, especially considering how popular the mobile game is. I don't think it would be released as an arcade though, but as a normal online game like the other two.

everyone have a unique incantation before releasing their noble phantasm, while artoria just go straight for the "EXCALIBUR"
this is getting me real nostalgic about Bleach. you could say each noble phantasm is like the servant's zanpakuto.
Saber dosent need to chant we all know that she has one of the fastest NP casting shit cause while the others are chanting she raises her sword and yell EXCALIBUR and just straight up murder things before the others are done with thiers really wish we get to see Avalon in action thou its a noble phantasm thats rarely used in games thou attack wise avalon does nothing defence wise thou its one of the good defensive NP

To be fair, part of it is a matter of pride. Most servants take great pride in who they are, what their legends say of them, etc. Artoria, on the other hand, isn't nearly so proud of herself

This is why anytime in the series that archer emiya uses his UBW he had his roh aias (that shield one dunno if i spell that correctly) anyway anytime he uses UBW he protects himself with any means cause his chanting leaves him vulnerable

Fate for some reason gets everything back to front. Usually the original games are superior to the anime adaptations where's with Fate, their games are of low production quality and their anime adaptations are almost nothing short of masterpieces. With how popular Fate is right now, they should be pumping out AAA tier games.

Which means she can only use it 3 times per battle kinda useless considering servants in this game can fire theirs off at least 5 times or more depending on how blood thirsty you are and not die and they all seem to be fairly destructive heck assassins is basically the your all ready dead meme with explosions… yeah I don’t think the human torch strategy is exactly worth it

more specifically the phantasm they're showing is his "mastery of all weapons." Berserker Lancelot is incapable of using Arondight, so this is the best one to show for it.

It makes little sense. And too much fanservice will leave nobody taking the franchise seriously anymore. There's only so much logic you can bend before logic is no longer there. You may say I'm overreacting now, but let's see how the franchise is still doing within another decade or so with the way it's going now. Fate once had respect, but now it's known as nothing more than a franchise full of waifus and fanservice.
