Hey Queen, definitely appreciated. I have to travel 3hrs on a train every time to do a turnover for my new BnB I talked about on the last video. Would be great to be able to capture what it is that I'm doing and be able to ask someone else close by to do that in that way. How did you get your first staff member for the cleaning company did you have to do the whole advertising, HR and payroll thing or was it more informal via someone you already knew.
Hey! I’m sorry I never got notified for this comment. Yes I started talking about it and posting about how I needed help with Cleaning and a family member and recommended a friend! Best way to start with someone you can trust
Also Major question: the hardest thing so far has been getting the linens to be crinkle free. When I iron them they are still crinkly. It's like I've noy experienced it for such a long time because all of my clothes have been part synthetic and therefore easily ironed. However this 200 thread count cotton linen is like it has muscle memory or something. You iron it, even spray it with water and even put the stream on full blast but it's still crinkly. When I was way younger I remember there was this stuff called spray starch. Is that what is need to find again and use?.
Honestly it’s all about how you fold the sheets when you take them out of the dryer which is the most important you shouldn’t have to be hiring them every time if you fold them properly, a steamer is also a great thing to use as well instead of having to iron
Maybe you could have a fillable checklist that initial clients complete and sign. And you go from there. And anything extra not on the list is extra.
I like this! Even something that’s online that I can send to them to just make it quick and easy an automated
