Article 26 allows to conduct religious affairs related to religion (not property) also acquire property through legal means and not through illegal means.
Example is as under
Suppose I am using some property but I am not legal owner I am only a USER of that property. How can a USER get the right to WAQF that property. So point is WAQF BY USER IS ILLEGAL WHILE WAQF BY OWNER IS CONSTITUTIONALLY CORRECT. So now point is when waqf by user ki jgah waqf by owner ho jaye ga to OWAISURY WALE KO PAPER DIKHANE PADEN GE OR BO TO HAIN NAHI. TO CHRI PAKDI JAYE GI, TO AB CHOR MACHAYEN SHOR. Sirf 10% actual waqf ki jameen nikle gi, jaise, Maszid, Kabristan bgaira baki 90% to bas miti pathar ka der lga ka Mazaar bnao ar kabza karo.
