Self-evaluation is a great skill to develop. Great title! Get comfortable being uncomfortable is something my partner and I tell our students who are hesitant to speak even though they are at a level where they absolutely can speak. It's definitely easier said than done, but knowing that growth often (always?) comes from a place of discomfort helps.
Totally! Even if getting to that more comfortable zone with speaking is something we do first on our own and then with a teacher before finally getting to the point of achieving the end goal of having conversations out in the 'real world' (i.e. outside of the safety of our home or classroom), the point is that we get there. 🥰
