Definitely the only friend (female) I'd only trust to open up about my dark pain and suffering I surpress daily on a regular basis. When it comes to having autism it gets challenging to open up to anyone. I always wanted that one female friend I can trust when I'm dealing with emotional stress but unfortunately I feel like a burden to everyone and us guys were wrongfully taught to mask and surpress our stress and sadness. But this helped me cry out the bleeding pain I feel on the inside. This audio is so understanding and yes cuddles and back rubs is all I'd need feeling safe and protected when my pain gets overwhelming yet very overstimulating. People ask "is there anything I can do for you?" and then I always answer "I really don't know" when personally deep down I just want to feel loved and cared for during this mental war inside of me. This audio means alot thank you for being a good friend.
