A generation comes and a generation goes, but does any true change occur? A culture rises as a former comes to pass with each new generation and yet no one notices the resemblance the former bore and the failures they generated. Each individual venerating their own nihilism after the hedonic states pass into oblivion, all the while continually reveling in the continued progression of ignored consequence. As the death of the former generation comes by the same means and the same tact as the subsequent all lay forever blind. Does one ever ask themselves in the midst of the fervor and celebration of use what will soon come to pass as the days and nights slowly grow shorter and the taxation on the psyche becomes more profound? The cultures all die with the generation and no one remembers those who self-mutilated for their enjoyment that intrinsically defiled their youth. What is life if it's adherence is to the death? And what change is to be had if the continued failure only stands to maintain the needless protest? What is a party if it only parlays with all that culminates into isolation and pain, all whilst being had within the confines of a crowd. A song with heart can reach deaf ears when the profundity of a talent fails to reach the audience in a fulfilling way. I used to love this song on methamphetamine, but now I hear suffering youth in need.
I wish I could feel like these people. Like I belong somewhere.

Guess what. You are one of these people.
you belong with us, and everyone who doesnt belong anywhere
Riot folk is for everyone. Your desire to belong while feeling like you dont being, means you already do with us
