And in this high school both the addressee and Melanie Martinez are students. I’ve been struggling with my weight lately...From purging and abusing laxatives to going days without eating or straight up avoiding going out with friends or family in order for me to avoid food and not gain weight. I get compliments on how I look and I feel as if I have to keep up with this...This song shows Im not the only one who is struggling with this, thank you Mel ❤️

This song helped me a lot when I was struggling with my weight. A lot of people say that I'm skinny, but I didn't like my body. I would always compare myself to women on magazines and shows and I even started eating less just so I could get skinnier. This song made me realize that the way your body looks really doesn't matter. Honestly I'm obsessed with this whole album. All the songs are absolutely amazing ❤

The way this song has such a more melancholy melody and the way her voice goes extra soft with this serious topic. It really got to me especially the innocent yet understanding feeling in her voice on "No more orange juice" It feels like she is the opposite of that dreadful voice saying you're not good enough. The best way I'd describe the feeling I personally got from this song was like a soft guardian figure a mother telling her young child not to worry about her looks, it makes me feel safe and at ease. *Thank you Melanie*

When I saw this in theaters I almost started crying because of how I related to the story. I used to have an eating disorder and I’m so happy that Melanie made songs for body positivity because I feel that people need reminders that they don’t have to look a certain way to be beautiful. I watched the movie in theatres.. this scene made me cry, not even sad tears, it just touched my heart and soul so much, even more than any song on Cry Baby. I was just lost in it when it came on. I kept crying like 10 minutes after, too, I just couldn't stop. It's such a beautiful song and the scene for this video was so incredible.

These songs have so much meaning to me Orang Juice is the one I felt the most. The reason is simply because of insecurities
I'm not physically fit nor and I skinny. Aside from that there are also alot of people being insecure about their weight and they take unhealthy diets that lead to bulimia and a few other sicknesses. I love how melanie put so much meaning in diffrent songs and in 1 film.
