I always have problems uploading videos like this. I get really bad imposter syndrome, and it doesn’t help when I’m editing the video and hearing myself saying the wrong move notation (1,3 instead of 3,1 really?). There are also a few things that I completely left out of the video. For example, I’m sure many of you who are Yoshi players may find it strange that I didn’t talk about 3~4 as a mid poke, or include a full section on punishment and combos. The reason I did so is because I believe the video is already too long, and I went into this wanting to make a small but concise guide on the fundamental aspects of Yoshimitsu that are better communicated through a video than a written guide. Written resources for punishment and combos are very easy to find if you need them, but the basics of KIN are verbose articles that many may not want to read, and justifiably so. I don’t know if this is the right way to approach a video like this, but even if not everything that should be covered is covered in this video, I hope that this will serve some capacity as a decent resource for new players that want to learn Yoshimitsu. I normally don’t ask for this, but I put a considerable amount of time and effort into recording and editing this video, so I would appreciate it if you leave a like if you found this video helpful. If you need additional resources, feel free to join the Yoshimitsu discord (Note: I am not active in this discord): discord.gg/dTNW8EeZ You can also find me on Twitch at twitch.tv/sesujin

Great video. Everyones run down on the character is different love to see it
Thank you very much, I'm Bushin now
Much like Captain Falcon in Melee, there are 2 kinds of Yoshi players: the ones that people love to watch, and the one that wins tournaments.
