+1m2a3t4t5 Amen, so sad iPath got bought out :( I've always been an Adidas guy in general, never liked to rock Nike at all growing up, and once Gonz and Adidas got into skateboarding, I've always been a fan. I love the team, vids, and vibe they put out... but you're 100% right, it's still supporting a huge corporation :/ I gotta find a new shoe company to skate. I even heard Vans is owned by/on some corporate, non-skater bullshit, believe it or not (not totally sure but it's what I heard).
Nice, I mean adidas and Nike are still cool though, but in non skate shoes imo. I'm personally just not a fan of the three, though I do enjoy adidas skate vids and select vans shoes. I'd have to say though if Nike or Adidas started making their skate shoes similarly designed to some of their modern athletic shoes with minimal branding I would be completely on that. So Im not really the best to speak on this either, but I don't feel like this has been discussed well in the skate community.
