She, and everyone else from every background who are citizens of Ireland (wasn't she born here?) are Irish, pure and simple. Paul McGrath who played football for Ireland long ago was of African ancestry and was born and raised in England; but was beloved by his teammates and by Ireland. Much love and wishes for success for Adeleke - one of my favorite Irish women! She seems like a sweet person. I'm also glad that the relay team contains additional Irish athletes who are talented and put this relay team amongst the best in the world!
