All the children in the video are grown and old, time flies so fast.
Time waits for not one person
“A river cuts through rock, not because of its power, but because of its persistence.”
Definitely a simpler way of life. If only we could turn back time..
So sad that we have given away our sovereignty, our country away and our simple way of life to foreign multinational corporations and migrants.
The kids seemed so nervous. Bless them❤
This video would be an excellent candidate for colour restoration.
Lovely
Ireland before mass unrestricted immigration. 'But sure didn't the Irish go everywhere..'
John Mitchel One thing to say to that argument. So what!? If they're problems for the countries they went to, America for example, that's for them to sort out. I'm concerned for Ireland, not the Irish that left and integrated well elsewhere.
i think uv got the wrong end of the stick
You people always bang on about ''mass immigration'' but never say what it actually means. You people want absolutely no immigration I bet.
@@EuropeanQoheleth Yes! Because it destroys the country and brings more problems.
a young CJH, doin a bit of good
He has a head like a cooked ham
Shannon was a real success story for the West of Ireland, think of the massive brain drain that was avoided with all the thousands that came to the town to live and work. Both my parents moved to Shannon after they left school. They could so easily have emigrated like all the others.
Awesome
Children are so optimistic anything is achievable till they get older
What we lost

Bit lazy to have not colour corrected this just a little, only needed to adjust the green up, anyone could do it!!
Chillmax I don’t mind the colour. The sound on the other hand... especially at the end.
It adds to the charm, this is how I would have seen it on my antiquated radio rentals tv 🤣
