    Sergey Bidun & Irene Rudnyk are the two photographers i admire. They both shot 85 F1.2 and turn oridnailry people into dreamy celebrities.

    I am so glad I found your channel because I was really struggling with getting all of my subjects in focus when shooting wide open and it was just getting so frustrating. Next time I got out, I will need to remember to keep myself parallel to my subjects and try my best to keep my subjects on the same place. Thank you!

    It is important to remember that dof extends with different lenses and distance to subject. I usually stop down a bit from max aperture but it is really fantastic seeing these 1.2 . As always I appreciate that your videos are about technique not gear. These girls are beautiful and you captured them awesomely.

    Question: In the parallel picture where the girls were standing next to each other, whos eyes did you focus on when taking the picture? And What AF focus did you use? Servo or One shot and was it eye tracking? TY!@!!

    maybe you could keep the pose and focus first on the first raw and than quiclky on the second and merge both in post?

    • @SergeyBidun
      @SergeyBidun  Рік тому +1

      This could be a good idea, but it's extra work in post processing...

    F1.2 is a risk and challenge for group photos. I would prefer F1.8 or F2.8 at least.
