a very well explained video regarding intervention of RCA using AL catheter. Thank you. Wanted to know your view regarding using short AL (SAL) i.e. the catheter having shorter pointing catheter. Will it be more safer than usual AL to avoid dissection by using SAL?

Amplatz Right has a small secondary curve and is not supportive. It is a good diagnostic RCA catheter, but a poor guiding catheter like JR4. I generally do not use it in transradial RCA PCI, except occasionally for ostial RCA PCI. But even for ostial RCA PCI, I prefer Ikari Left (+/- AL used in elongated or in a non-coaxial shape 19:42; or Ikari R 1)
