May I ask a question about regular pendulum serve: do you extend the elbow like you do on reverse pendulum serve, of do you hide the elbow slightly behind your body? Also in replays, I see the racket point down on the regular pendulum serve but the spin is UNDERSPIN? Can you pls explain that? I also often miss the contact completely....

Can you have demonstration?
Same as the reverse pendulum, except may be, in the amount of inward bending of the wrist.

If it is short: long push, short push or flick.
If it is long: loop (best option) or long push (worst option).
