THank you for sharing. I don't like the starting stance though, but yes I do believe that side kicks from tkd and sanda are very useful in mma
I've heard about him, he's a gold medalist. It's too bad he never tried kickboxing. I'm curious how he would adapt his kicking.

The pendulum step side kick is quite powerful...
I think Bruce Lee used to practice it
That one is had the strongest knock back but it's way, way, waaayyy too slow. You're better off with this side kick or the Sanda variation
