There have been some fantastic interviews on this show, but this one beats them all hands down. The purity and innocence is so infectious. Alakhji seems to be very honest, natural person. No snobbery, no egoistic behaviour. He n his organisation is working like missionary, mission is beneficial for our motherland. I wish him a great success in his mission. And may his story inspire others to imitate him in their field keeping eye on the development down trodden people.
My nephew who is IITIAN now..give lot of credit to him and his youtube videos.. He told me..his videos are 100 times better than..any good classes. He put n story of insta to celebrate when his company become Unicorn. Kudos to him and his impact on new generation
It reminded me of the old days of my childhood. I used to study in a school which my parents probably couldn't afford. At one point of time my family was struggling financially and my parents couldn't give my school fees on time. My school fee was frequently late by 2-3 months. I remember after prayer and assembly school authorities would stop me and not let me go in classes. They used to give me "Murgah" punishment and humiliate me. I was thinking why I had to suffer this. I was always good at studies but I was made to feel like a criminal. This used to repeat quite often. At one point of time I stopped taking it as humiliation and gathered courage to just take it. Over time our financial condition improved. I am doing better in life now but when I look back I think it had a deep impact on me. His story took me back to memory lane.
After listening to the hardships faced by Alakh sir, I think many of us will get inspired. Our problems are much smaller when compared to the struggle faced by countless number of people who has similar childhood as described by Alakh sir. Hats off.
Madam you tried to bring out the poor emotional part of early life in Sir. But he didn't budge.😄 This was the reality session of Indian education. The best part is you do your job with deliberate Geetha advice or you are an innocent pure heart just doing something everyday. This was crazy interview but indefinitely it touched the hearts of many millions. Madam you were asking the very thoughts we have, but the passionate guest was pure in his reply and I hope he remains the same all through his life.👍👍👌👌👌

Yeh banda mast hai yaar... Mera 11 12 aur college bahut mushkil se guzra academically... Ekdam failure wala mentality aa gaya tha.. Aur woh mentality kahi na kahin rah gaya hai..hopefully aise kam cost mein quality education se aaj ke generation walon ko aise halat se na guzarna pade..
Bahut khushi hoti h jab koi bhi teacher ko koi bhi news channel wale bulate h or unki journey ko bde platform p dikhate h .. Jaise alakh sir aaye Kabhi khan sir ko bhi bulao Vikas divyakirti sir Avadh ojha sir etc ..
Thanks Smita Ji for this interview. This was by far the BEST by a LONG margin. This man represents the grit of India. He is an inspiration. And if I am not wrong - he is a fantastic performer as well, and I am saying this in a good way. He reminds you of real actors like Irfan Khan.
Amazing interivew , just like it is always with alakh panday, one of the most inspiring personalities of our present times, and worthy all the recognition and influence he has. Though, i didn't like the interviewer too much, she kept asking dumb questions in between, and cut the threads of some really deep and interesting topics. Regardless, I loved it very much.

One of the best interviews. The sir came across as a human being who has seen life. He has found a vocation which he loves.Very informal but great conversation happened in this interview Mam.
Alakh sir was little awkard while talking about his past but kudos to Smita mam that she comforted him and got involved in conversation. Also she stopped him saying that his father tortured him because once your father is not with you that statement hurts a lot at some point of life
This is the same story of every middle class boy. Even I had the same situation but one in a million can become alakh. My father also drove cycle daily 22 kilometer daily. Now I have become engineer and earning 2lakh per month. Middle class children do not need motivation. Their everyday struggle is their motivation. I can relate every word with my situation.
