hi there, i tried to make the outline of a text with stroke in blending option, however i couldnt choose the color of the stroke, it doesnt show up the way its in your video. only has "channels" and "blend if"
So you have to check the stroke box to enable the stroke, then click on the stroke tab to open its settings it seems like you're in the blending options settings which isn't where the stroke settings are, then you will see the color of the stroke and be able to change it. Hope this helps if not feel free to reply back

If you have the text tool selected you should be able to either click or drag on the text with it then you should be able to change it
