In ERP Cloud adapter instead of selecting option send file to ERP Cloud can we select import bulk data into Oracle ERP Cloud? & What about the callBack service implementation? In method 1

Yes, instead of calling twice we can select bulk import and map the file name to adapter.

bit confused. you create csv file from a sample csv, but how you get the data on the csv file when integration run ?

Design time sample csv file is used to configure stage action to create a csv file. At runtime csv file is getting created and uploaded to ucm....

If your source is ebs database then yes. source of data will vary from project to project as per business
