My guess as to what that means: Level 1: City Escape Level 2: Iron Gate Boss 1: Bigfoot Level 3: Wild Canyon Level 4: Sand Ocean Level 5: Lost Colony Level 6: Weapons Bed Boss 2: Tails Level 7: Metal Harbor Level 8: Green Forest Boss 3: Shadow Level 9: Pumpkin Hill Level 10: Aquatic Mine Level 11: Pyramid Cave Boss 4: Golem Level 12: Death Chamber Boss 5: King Boom Boo Boss 6: Tails Level 13: Cosmic Wall Level 14: Meteor Herd Level 15: Crazy Gadget Level 16: Final Space Boss 7: Shadow Final Story, but with WAY more cutscenes. Final Boss: Biohazard And...assuming they were going with the stage designs they actually did? That, honestly, would have sucked. As we wound up with, there's a pretty good conventional difficulty curve with "Do Hero First, then Dark", but under this flow, the hardest level would be an Eggman level 3 levels before the end and the difficulty curve would have snapped up and down so much you'd think it was Snapper Carr.
The theory I’ve heard about how they went from Biolizard to Shadow was that Tikal and the echidnas from the past made a carving of Super Sonic fighting Chaos and that was the basis for both attempts at the Ultimate Life Form- biolizard based on Perfect Chaos and Shadow based on Super Sonic
watching the end credits always reminds me of going to a friend's house after school and playing the SA2B, kingdom hearts 2, and insaniquariam on his crappy dell on a 4:3 monitor, and the nostalgia cripples me
I didn't even know you could blow up the planes, but have always been able to A-Rank metal harbor on command :o. One of the best stages in the game. I think have 60 or 80 hours just in city escape . . .lol
So on my stream yesterday I A ranked metal Harbor Mission 1 and I didn't even know you could break those two planes :o (you inspired me to try this myself btw)
