Yes, having normal human eyebrows is perfectly ok! I had mine waxed once and never again. Btw, that was around 2005. Once was enough for my almost 42 years. Embrace your eyebrows.

I don't get the eyebrow comments whatsoever, since they're one of the really beautiful things about you. Classy. Especially the distance between? Maybe that's from one of those juvenile gangsta gals who pluck (or shave?) the center of their brows to an unnatural distance that ends up looking kind of alien.

Those of us that lived through the 90s are accepting our permanent loss of bold brows with varying degrees of grace. CLEARLY. Those brows are killing it, make no mistake.

I have two extremely comfy 70s style recliners in mustard yellow. Everyone loves them. They aren't typical recliners, and they swivel. Also they look amazing in my house. Mustard yellow can be great!

I remember coming across this channel and being so surprised that there were only 2 or 3 videos, I watched them all and thought it was really impressive quality for someone who had clearly just started. I really liked all the quiet close up shots, the b-roll or whatever they call it, like the pouring of the coffee and peeling the tape, it gave it a really homey, grounded vibe, less squeaky and polished than a lot of other interior design videos I was seeing. I also was appreciating the little bits of the dry humor coming through too. It's been fun seeing Caroline expressing more of herself since then.
Anyway all that to say, I'm sorry it was a tough video for you to watch-- but for me when I watched it back then, not knowing anything about you, it didn't seem sad or tragic, it seemed kinda fun and experimental and honest, and I stuck around for exactly that - and I gotta say, for all that you've grown and come into your career as a youtuber this channel still feels fun, experimental, honest, I always enjoy checking back in and seeing you trying out new things :)

I equate your channel to 'The Art and Zen of Motorcycle Maintenance' which has nothing to do with motorcycle maintenance, much as your channel has very little to do with interior design but rather more about your growth as a person and your journey through life. I believe it helps us all reflect on our own lives and that we can overcome most obstacles, don't sweat the small stuff, and enjoy life more!

3. I tease my fiancé about liking you and he always responds by telling me he likes your eyebrows. Mine would be similarly full if I hadn't fallen victim to 90s and early 2000s nano brows. (Seriously, you're only a few years younger than me, how are yours so good?!?)

Yeah I thought this too. I think younger Caroline was adorable and a lot of the design decisions were honestly not that bad.

First time I came across the "Rude Review" section of this channel. Glad I found it...this video is even more fun than the others I watched. People like how you give of yourself...your own life experiences...except i didn't like your dating that guy u had a crush on in your neighborhood...seems like u two didn't even give it a chance...but maybe u only told us one side..or u tried to protect him cuz he is not "famous." oh well, i'm confused about relationships and dating anyway..but it seems weird that YOU can't find love...cuz u are fun, beautiful, and other stuff...if u can't find love..then i got no chance.

Tbh Caroline, I think this old video is amazing. Of course now in retrospective it is easy to say "oh this was cringe", "oh why did I talk this way"; but THIS shows exactly how the process of excellence works and looks like! You just gotta start somewhere to discover your talents. You need to experiment with what you got. This is reality.
So, thank you for showing this! This is an encouraging example for everyone who wants to follow their passion. It is important to remind ourselves that NOONE starts PERFECT.
PS: When someone "critizes" your eyebrows, just a quick reminder: Think about how their life probably looks like, so that they feel the need AND take the time to comment on this. The "Vanity" episode was done wonderfully with that perfect balance of Caroline humor. We never what another's internal emotional struggle is. I find relief in doing something creative; decorating, gardening. All the best on your continuing journey and thank you for sharing.

It's so fun to watch this and see how far you have come. TBH the video you just criticized slayed! The angles aesthetics and visual interest were there as well as your personality (even with the "different" voice). It's so cool to see how your videos have gotten better when it comes to camera/lighting quality and your comfortability on camera... but even in this early video all of the Caroline qualities we love shine thru! - Your whole family has THAT eyebrow and I love watching your eyebrows when you are going on a rant about something, honestly! And also I love seeing children of people have the shared genes and that is the eyebrow in your family, so it is what makes you guys you!
- I am such a half of you and your sis, it's not even funny! :D I am laughing loudly everytime you guys are together in a video bcs it is like I would be talking to myself. :D
- And that video wasn't bad but I could feel back then that you weren't feeling OK even after the makeover. But anyhow, it is good to look back and see the work you have gone through since then.
