Thank you guys for this - for those of us that were not able to be with our Baha’i friends and our community - at this time. We can commemorate in our own home, and quiet spaces. 🌹❤️
“Had you believed in Me. O wayward generation,” were the last words of the Bab to the gazing multitude as the regiment was preparing to fire the final volley, “every one of you would have followed the example of this youth, who stood in rank above most of you, and willingly would have sacrificed himself in My path. The day will come when you will have recognized Me; that day I shall have ceased to be with you.” ~ Dawnbreakers, Baha'i Faith
The youth that the Bab refers to in His last words above was Anis, who begged to be executed with the Bab and whose head finally rested on His chest when they were suspended on the wall of the courtyard. Then the the volleys of 850 rifles of yet a second regiment fired upon them meshing their bodies into one.
Fantastic presentation and program. 🙏 Thank you greatly appreciate it .Thank you.
