Also Tyson really fell in the ropes and wouldn’t be up otherwise, that counts as a down and the ref had to give a count. Also Tyson was defenseless at that point. But we all wanted to see the KO. I was so excited that my first reaction was also that the ref stole the KO.
Exactly. I'm a huge Usyk fan because of that type of mentality. I didn't understand why everyone was saying that the ref stole a knockout, other than the fact that those people just want to see someone get knocked out.
It's the first time I've seen a look of pure fear on Fury's face as he slid down onto the ropes with Usyk approaching after being banjoed from one side of the ring to the other. Usyk was restrained, the ref did his job and nobody seems to talk about how Fury still didn't know which way was up when he got back to his corner at the end of the 9th.
my god. imagine being the world heavy weight champion and not have a potty mouth or even get angry. this man wiped fury away and even took the jibes of 'easy' so casually, and with so much grace. special. i do hope he wipes the 'easy' off fury this time too.
I love how he hardly ever disrespects Tyson or other boxers. I also love his answer to the ref stealing his KO question, the fact he is thinking that maybe one or two more hits could of permanently hurt him is testament to his character! Personally I'd love to see more respect and less of showmanship bad mouthing or Tyson's vile father in the lead up to the next fight!
The winning boxer said it will be a hard fight reacts to the losing boxer who said it would be too easy. It really personifies the reality that there are humble champions and sore losers
As much as I love Usyk and, think he's a P4P great, pre 80s may have been difficult for him. He wins through an incredible workrate and pace these larger guys cannot compete with however, not only were the fighters back then around the same size as him, they also trained and fought for 15 rounds. That's not to say he wouldn't have beat any of them.
As a Ukrainian and a fan of Usyk I was so freaking mad at the referee that he stopped the fight at the moment where Usyk could finish it once and probably forever. But now listening to Usyk I appreciate how cool he is. Referee is also a human being and a professional and he can make mistakes and even more perhaps as Oleksander says it was not a mistake but rather saving Tyson from a serious consequences/injury that could end not just his career. Oleksander's life attitude is written in Bible - "But love your enemies, do good, and lend, expecting nothing in return. Your reward will be great, and you will be children of the Most High; for he is kind to the ungrateful and the wicked. Be merciful, just as your Father is merciful" (Luke 6:35-36). Thank you, Oleksander
I dont like Tyson, but do you fans even know boxing rules? Do you know what a standing count is? and when it is given? Yes, could've been a KO, Ref could've stopped the fight before Tyson even fell on ropes. However, magnitude of fight, Tyson's recovery history etc... It was an okay decision, not the most horrific thing in boxing
@@__meilleur Do you know boxing rules and do you have eyes? Tyson was saved by the referee, that is a fact. Tyson was out and the fight was supposed to been stopped, but even if referee decided to county to 10, then why did he waste time pushing Usyk around the ring and then slowing down his count? If referee was fair, then he should have either let Usyk finish Fury or he should have counted correctly to 10. So please, open your eyes and see the facts.
@@mosesk2216 😂😂 since your boxing knowledge and wisdom is unmatched please explain to the rest of us casuals what a standing 8 count is and when it is given? And what the purpose of it is.🙂
It’s not just the rules, it’s interpretation of the rules. If the referee thinks he’s fit to continue, he is. Of course this leaves things open to bias (and am sure the referee was ) but you can’t just quote ‘the rules’ in a situation like this
This is exactly why Fury lost...underestimating Usyk, saying he was having too much fun. U don't go into a fight with a P4P #1 with that kind of mentality. He needs to do 2 things...change he's mindset on how he should approach the fight and more importantly, TELL HE'S OLD MAN TO STAY AT HOME!!!
He absolutely did not underestimate Usyk. He was in great shape, ready to fight a 12-round fight. Usyk was simply better, but knowing Fury's ego, he had to justify this loss somehow in his head, therefore, he is saying it was 'too easy.'
I had a dream shortly after the fight and Usyk showed up in my dream he was super nice and he said these words "if anyone ever needed a slice of humble pie it was Tyson Fury" kinda exactly how Usyk's actual humor is in real life.
I love how when tyson says it was easy usyk says listen for me it was a hard fight. Even when she says did the ref steal a ko he says no ref is professional he did his job. Very Very classy boxer and a honest man even in the face of arrogance.

he postered up somewhere in the cloest with Mayweather no doubt
he's still searching for the way Usyk was born
Some say he still bleeds and goes out to beat random kids.
@@skiddzjust1389 LoL that`s a goooood one mate, i`m still laughing))))))))))))))))
Luke "on the back foot from a middleweight rabbit" Fury is still concussed "HAAAAPY NEW YEAR"
Happy Mexican New Year to Anthony Joshua's cracked chin and his fanboys😂
Eddie Hearn said that Anthony Joshua was so concussed after Ruiz fight, he completely forgot the last 4 rounds
Happy New Year !
@@Anthony.Joshua-s_Irish_Grandma says the guy either a dedicated account to him 😂😂😂
Legit, after all the smack fury spoke, I ended up giving him 4 rounds, I gave aj 3. Man running almost whole fight.
Usyk is a dedicated and true champion 💯
I love how he hardly ever disrespects Tyson or other boxers. I also love his answer to the ref stealing his KO question, the fact he is thinking that maybe one or two more hits could of permanently hurt him is testament to his character! Personally I'd love to see more respect and less of showmanship bad mouthing or Tyson's vile father in the lead up to the next fight!
This champion is really a down to earth guy.
This dude is a genius
The winning boxer said it will be a hard fight reacts to the losing boxer who said it would be too easy.
It really personifies the reality that there are humble champions and sore losers
Tysons comment of it being too easy was about the first fight believe it or not he said he lost because it was too easy for him 😂
Usyk is going to go down as this eras greatest heavyweight. He’d be successful in any era due to his ring iq and natural skills.
A gentle savage,love this guy
So humble. Doesn’t even complain he was robbed of the knockout.
Of course this leaves things open to bias (and am sure the referee was ) but you can’t just quote ‘the rules’ in a situation like this
Usyk seems like a humble man.
This is exactly why Fury lost...underestimating Usyk, saying he was having too much fun. U don't go into a fight with a P4P #1 with that kind of mentality. He needs to do 2 things...change he's mindset on how he should approach the fight and more importantly, TELL HE'S OLD MAN TO STAY AT HOME!!!
lmao jake paul is p4p king u casual 💯
@@TheRightWay11 🤣
He underestimated nothing
He absolutely did not underestimate Usyk. He was in great shape, ready to fight a 12-round fight. Usyk was simply better, but knowing Fury's ego, he had to justify this loss somehow in his head, therefore, he is saying it was 'too easy.'
Anyone can have "fun" running away. Because less pain
How can you not love this man !? Humble true champion.
I had a dream shortly after the fight and Usyk showed up in my dream he was super nice and he said these words "if anyone ever needed a slice of humble pie it was Tyson Fury" kinda exactly how Usyk's actual humor is in real life.
This guy is the people’s champion, a great role model, pride of Ukraine and Scotland
what he has got to do with Scotland?
usyk english getting so much better
I love how when tyson says it was easy usyk says listen for me it was a hard fight. Even when she says did the ref steal a ko he says no ref is professional he did his job. Very Very classy boxer and a honest man even in the face of arrogance.
This guy is the definition of Greatness.. Legend in the sport, and great human being.. Respect brother
I can’t help smiling when I watch this guy, I love him, humble, polite, honest, and a big heart, and loves God, what a man should be ! 👍🍺
