This is a good and well rounded guide. It covers good techniques in Sword and this has pretty much everything necessary to reach HT3 and even take one or two rounds off some of the worse LT2s. Great as guide (I'm waiting to test for HT3 again, and these techniques are basically the bread and butter of a good HT3's gameplay. Obviously, some other techniques exist but they aren't technically necessary for HT3 level; this provides enough to get HT3 if you practice the techniques a lot).

A tip is you should add sweep hit into w hits if they miss a hit to get a crazy combo! usually when jump resetting of course don't spam it! it's like a backstab don't over use it. good video though!!!

Bro I got 1000+ deaths on stray and less than 100 kills. Why am i not improving?
@@Hulijingjinx Because your not focusing on improving most likely your playing brain dead aka your not thinking how can I improve instead why am I not improving without doing anything. It's also mainly because you can't spot out your mistake that's why you record your gameplay.
I played a lot on a PvP server (1000 kills 2000 deaths lol) and was only improving really slowly and then randomly one day like a week ago I started getting way better and getting some decent combos

Hi louiee, awesome guide I love the advanced tips that most people purposely don’t disseminate to the public! However i have some questions:
1. When do you no kb-crit (the one in between combos but when exactly during a combo)?
2. Can you tell me all the situations which i press S in? I saw you holding S when you get hit only once sometimes or even when moving thru the enemy but is it okay if you state all of the situations which you have to tap S in?
3. I also notice you straightline a lot but sometimes strafe so could you tell me when do you strafe exactly?

1. kinda whenever is fine but usually when you are backed up
2. when you want to press s is when you are losing a trade or you miss your first hit and they get the first hit on you
3. strafe when you are trying to bait or mess up someones aim. But you usually want to straightline

I enjoyed this video and can use the techniques well, but unfortunately my favourite servers are all in NA regions and I’m Australian so having 280ms makes it really hard to employ pvp techniques

The best practice map is prob theobaldthebirds map. it doesn't have UHC but it has crystal and sword!

When should I go for crit hits/crit chains? And how do I learn crit chaining?
You should go for crits if your fighting a high ping player or you are on high ping, or if you have them in a combo for max damage. Very good question!
