In the very beginning of the video you can see it's up, reaching the locomotives that are parked you can see it going down. From Venlo on going into Germany they have to change the power. In my video called '26/5: RFO in dubbeltractie komt Venlo.....' you can see the pentagraph going down a little later, 👍
