  • Your Little Child - Robert Urban-Nagy
Mama, How can I ever thank you
for raising me, for singing lullabies
for cuddling me and telling your tales
when I was your little child.
I grew up, and learnt to live my life
yet sometimes things pain me inside.
When I feel this I just call back
    the old memories of mine.
Can you remember those precious days?
Do you still know the songs, and the tales?
If I’ll see you again let me hear you sing
and hold me close in your arms,
make me feel like I’m still that little child!
Mama, I am so grateful for everything.
Thank you for being the only one!
Thank you for giving my life to me.
Thank you for being my Mum!
Can you remember those precious days?
Do you still know the songs, and the tales?
If I’ll see you again let me hear you sing
and hold me close in your arms,
make me feel like I’m still that little child!
Can you remember those precious days?
Do you still know the songs, and the tales?
If I’ll see you again let me hear you sing
and hold me close in your arms,
make me feel like I’m still that little child!
Can you remember those precious days?
Do you still know the songs, and the tales?
I cannot be with you but can still feel that
you're holding me in your arms
and I can feel myself just like a child…
I want you to hold me again in your arms...
‘cause I will always be your little child.
