When you collect all 10 car wrecks from an area of the island despite it being Iziba or Hawaii you get a message saying that you found or discovered all 10 cars, and then you head to the used car dealer to claim it.
Note: Claiming the cars doesn't cost anything but they take up garage slots like normal cars would and they can't be sold.

Swear it's almost impossible to find all the wrecks on ibiza without a guide because the metal detector perk you don't get straight away and you've already explored a lot of ibiza before you get it. Meaning that you have to look everywhere for them, not just the places you've never been before.
