Yes , you are very correct. I was always treated differently by every one. You have described me as though you were right there watching as i was growing up. . This is exactly how i felt while I was growing up. Some family members would tell me there was something wrong with me cause I didnt act like the other kids. . you have no idea how wonderful this is to hear. Ok I just watched a video of a baby going through respiratory distress -and I couldn't breathe. Yeah, I feel that empathy harder than most anyone I know! And you're correct on that one has to have extremely strong boundaries in place. I had to learn that lesson the hard way over and over... And over.
