Finally, somebody going around differently than the same old videos going downtown and the same route over and over again. There's so much of old branford that you can drive around. I was born there and haven't been back there since 2007. Great video keep them coming.
Thank you for this video! About 25 years ago I dated a woman who grew up in Brantford who had moved to where I live in New Jersey. She always waxed poetic about her beautiful hometown and always wanted to take me there to visit it. Though we broke up, we remained good friends, and she eventually moved all over the US but she never stopped talking about beautiful Brantford. She sadly passed away a few years ago, and seeing this video brought back memories of her.
2:41 the building with the Laurier sign used to be Brantford's Eaton Centre (it was anchored by an Eaton's store) that was a 3-story version of Toronto's Eaton Centre. It declined quickly in the late 80s and was closed by 93 or 94. It's now the Brantford campus of Laurier University, along with other business/offices
Thanks for the tour. You took me through my hometown. Haven't been there i many years. I made a lot core memories there. (used to live on Charing Cross)
Can’t believe that I despised this place in high school. As an adult l love Brantford! The city that’s not too big, but not too small. It’ll always be home.
Thanks for sharing. Brantford has soo much to offer!! Great city to live in!!
Thank you. I really needed this. I miss my hometown more every day.

Brantford Ontario is where the first Silent Hill movie was filmed. Colborne St. is where the scenes were filmed.
How are you enjoying Canada so far
