It's all about the layers...using the cold surface and working quickly so the butter does not melt while working with it, is key! Great job for your first try...Bravo! I use to watch the pastry chef at work making them all the time....love it!
Oh my god! I am glad that the covid is over. Thanks for your hardworking. I have learnt a lot of flight attendant’s life in North America from your videos. Many thanks!
Your rolls looked amazing. You are super talented in the kitchen. It shows with everything you've made and shared with us. John is so cute like a little boy waiting for the cookies. He watches you so intense. LoL. Stay safe both of you. Keep baking. Love and Huggs
I agree with others that longer blogs are great! We need more blogs though to get through this quarantine! You are my very favorite blogger and I love it when John and your mom are in the videos. More baking videos would be great until you are flying more again. I’ve been doing a lot of baking myself! Hubby says he’s going to get fat during this quarantine. I can’t believe you are still having to fly. I pray that you will stay well and not get this awful virus. Love you. Hugs to all of you.
Omg I am so happy you got back to baking your croissants!!!! They looked amazing absolutely delicious looking !!! I am going to try that recipe for sure. A lot of time goes into them but the outcome is worth it !! 😊😊
well your channel is called LifebyFrancesco so it can and has been somewhat all encompassing of work and leisure life so far. Cooking is an easy add to incorporate.
Hi Francesco & John! You did a FANTASTIC job with those croissants! But man that's alota prep lol. Longer vlogs, always a happy time with you guys and well you know I love your baking sesh so thumbs up all the way!xo
I am impressed you even tried to make croissants even the best pastry chefs have a hard time with them or can't make them at all. I thought you did a great job!
Hi Francesco Love the home vlogs and 15 to 20 minutes would be great. That's easy for me to say with all the behind scenes work you have to put into each vlog, editing etc. But it's always a good end product and enjoyable to watch. Baking, again good to see the different processes involved in baking your croissants but all that effort, energy and patience for 6 of them. You, John and your mum stay safe and healthy
Your croissants looked delicious Francesco! So glad that they turned out since it was so much work and time to make them. I enjoy watching try to make new things. Short or long vlogs it doesn't matter. I enjoy your vlogs either way. Stay safe!
The croissants looks delicious!! You seem like a very good baker!! I enjoy baking and cooking as well. Italian and Asian are my favorite cuisines to make right now. 😊
Diet Dr. Pepper is THE best!! My favorite or as I call it around the house Pepper M.D. lol have a great day Francesco!! Hope John is well and that this is all over soon so all our jobs can get back to normal.
I’m all for the idea of cooking or baking segments, it shows more creative magic plus I can learn some new recipes 🙂. Doesn’t matter if you want to do either longer or shorter vlogs, either way all will be A1. I appreciated your dedication in making the croissants. You stuck it out to the end in which they came out great. Keep safe and one love ❤️ 🇯🇲
_Your coissants looked yummy. Congrats on being off 'reserves' for April. I'd imagine even with twelve years of being with AA, there are many flight attendants in MIA that have more tenure. My neighbor also flys for AA, and even with his extensive seniority, he still has to do reserves for his PHX domicile. Hope to see you in the sky after the world gets through this pandemic._
I love all the your vlogs it doesn't matter you do a great job they always uplift me. And what an excellent job on the croissants they look delicious. The next ones should be filled with Nutella or peanut butter and of course a nice breakfast sandwich too. Stay safe flying. 😊
Hey I do pretty much the same what you do but on the train. Today i am on California Zephyr, coming back from Denver. Yes train should go to emeryville but only Denver. Not sure for how longer. Trains are also empty. 8 people only. Stay safe. Love all yours videos.
Hey, Francesco! You are looking happy and healthy. You are a champ for reporting to work. American Airlines should give you "hazard pay" for working during these times of pandemic. I'm not too excited about the dalgona coffee. Gag! It looks awful! Thanks for another great video. You are awesome. Remember to wash your hands. See y'all soon! Stay safe! And, don't be scared. 😂
Francisco, There is a good thing still in all this for you and that is you're blessed by still having a job and getting paid. Millions have lost their income and are truly suffering. Thanks for your posts they are a ray of sunshine in these dark times. For a few minutes we can escape with you and your up beat personality. 💞👍💞
Great vlog and the croissants look awesome! Love the baking! Stay healthy especially over the next two weeks here in FL. We're across from you guys on the west coast in Sarasota ❤️
that was fun! great that you tried making croissants! You are very brave....I wish I was there to taste them! BTW....if you want to really experiment, you need to first eat one of Dominique Ansels DKA.....you will fall in love with these! OMG....they are to die for! Check out his video...."How To Make Dominique Ansel's Best Pastry: The DKA.... he is the creator of the Cronut....yummmmmmm

When your pastry cracks, home made or store bought, just keep some water handy and use clean fingers to dampen the dough a little. And keep baking....
