I went on Elizabeth line train from abbey wood to reading on Saturday 1st April 2023 and it was my first time being on Elizabeth line train. It was a great experience and made me a very important person with disabilities and it was the best achievement I have done and your filming was the best train ride from abbey wood to reading with excellent scenery and remind me of my train trip last Saturday at 14.09 to reading from abbey wood I did full route to reading in real life Great video well done I enjoyed watching it thank you
We have been waiting for a long time the western core of the Elizabeth line opened now all of the lines are connected together this is why the Elizabeth line is my favourite line
Liverpool Street and Farringdon are unusual in that the Elizabeth Line platforms are so long that they reach the adjacent stations on the Circle Line above. Direct access is therefore provided into Moorgate from Liverpool Street now (2 exits, one at either end of the platform) and at Farringdon, direct access to the westbound pllatform at Barbican.

a long journey indeed! the longest elizabeth line journey ever! after 21st may 2023, there will be an elizabeth line service between shenfield and heathrow t5 which will also be 1 hour 25 minutes, exact same duration as the one from abbey wood to reading
Will you be doing Shenfield to Reading and Heathrow Airport once its up and running from May next year. I think that TfL should allow some trains from Shenfield to run to Reading and Heathrow Terminal 4 & Terminal 5 by the end of this year. And perhaps allow 1tph to run from Gidea Park to Heathrow Terminal 4/5 and to Reading once the timetable is up and running. I still be going on the Elizabeth Line before Christmas.
From 21st May, the Elizabeth line will be: Shenfield to Paddington (and Heathrow T5) Abbey Wood to Heathrow T4 Abbey Wood to Maidenhead Abbey Wood to Reading
If I travel from slough on the elizabeth line and want to go to Canary Wharf - am i able to do that without disembarking at Paddington to get on another platform now ?
Does anyone know if the signs displaying the Elizabeth line route on the platforms have been updated (from showing the 3 different routes to the now one, connected route) just wondering!
There aren't any direct trains between Shenfield and Reading. You'll have to change at Whitechapel, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Tottenham Court Road, Bond Street or Paddington
