Little advice Jose, try and start your workouts with compound exercises like “bench pressing” at the beginning of your spread to have the most amount of energy as possible.
You can warm up with 10-15lbs for like 2 warm up sets then bump it up to your max weight to begin you’re 3-4 Working sets at about 8-9 Reps if you fail around 3rd set then drop weight 5-10lbs then go until failure and drop again, and do your last set until you absolutely cant lift it anymore.
This will really grow your chest, other than that. low and slow, and after compound lifts you can move on to isolated exercises to target the muscles individually with the same concept

You dont realize how much stretching will help you push more weight especially for chest press, loosening up that back and spreading the chest will help in the long run
