About time we get an Anastasia reunion!!! One of my most memorable theatre moments was seeing the show the night Liz came to sing with Christy. I still don't understand why the show never made it to London.

I love this so much, making me miss Anastasia and Broadway altogether. John without his Vlad beard is so weird to me too, ahh so many memories! Let me also add how much I adore the amount of times they said I love you to each other🥰
Love this reunion !!! I'm french so I never had the chance to go to Broadway and see this musical. But love all of you, such a great family ❤️ and Max is soooo funny, happy to see him there. Hope to see all of you together again soon. And what a great cause, stars in the house, bless you ! In France, artists "don't really need it" because the gouvernement helps a little, even if it's never enough. Eventhough, I don't think our big stars would have done something this generous to help the smaller artists... Again bless you 🙏
Ok, look, I LOVE the origional film, but Christy's interpretation of the 'Home Love Family' verse (1:33:46) genuinely breaks me in the best way every time. I've seen 2 videos, this being the second and both are different but the fragility and vaulnerability she brings to it is so different from the film and it absolutely hits my heart every time.
When you’re watching this on Saturday morning and realize you were thinking Light in the Piazza all along. No wonder I couldn’t place any of these people! 🤦🏼♀️ #Anastasia

Excellent cast, music, and story! I do love this musical so much 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 but they missed the opportunity to talk about the background of all of this. The romanov family itself, the russian empire et al.
Prob either wasn't available or didn't want to do it. The show seemed kind of beneath him, I always got that impression--he liked his cast as much as you can like your fellow castmates, but at the same time the role wasn't terribly challenging; it was a job and a source of income for him. That's the general vibe I always got from Ramin during Christy's vlogs 🤷🏻♀️
I guess its also because Ramin has already been a frequent guest in Stars in the House. He's been in a lot of the Phantom reunions. And so maybe they wanted to get Max Von Essen, who hasn't really been in Stars in the House.
@@glenncoco5279 honestly, though, they have the same people on all the damn time so i have a hard time believing they suddenly care about that. and hasn't he only been on, like, twice months and months ago? i am so bummed that ramin did not do this (and i want to know why, too!!).
@@mgc1022 since christy wrote the scripts for those, i have always wondered how much ramin's attitude was part of him playing the character and how much of it was genuinely him.

This was great reunion.. I was lucky to see the Anastasia National Tour in Costa Mesa in Nov 2019. Loved it.
